Dammit -- thanks to J, I have been officially tagged with a meme. I am elated, because it gives me something to do (other than work) while I am at work on this lovely Saturday morning at seven-freakin-ten in the morning. Here I go . . .

Joan's crock pot chicken
Ingredients:
One whole chicken (make sure it will fit in your crock pot), neck/giblets removed
Spray olive oil
Lawry's Seasoning Salt
Cooking spray
Aluminum foil
1. Spray inside of crock pot with cooking spray
2. Wad up pieces of aluminum foil into balls & place in bottom of crock pot -- make sure there are enough so that the chicken sits on top of them, rather than just pushing them aside
3. Drain chicken & pat dry
4. Spray chicken all over with olive oil
5. Sprinkle liberally with Lawry's
6. Cook on high for 4-5 hours (at 4 hours, mine is done & falling off the bone)
